1. All sales are final. No request for cancellations, changes or refunds is accepted.
2. Please print off your barcoded ticket or have ready on your phone screen to redeem for a wristband. Tickets can also be redeemed at Will Call for wristbands. Tickets are transferable from person to person, but wristbands are not.
3. Ticket purchaser will get a confirmation email sent to them automatically upon purchase.
3. In the event that the festival is either cancelled or postponed, we will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. While we regret the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
4. The holder of the ticket assumes all risks and danger pertaining to the event for which the ticket is issued. The venue, the event organizers, and software providers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
5. All patrons purchasing Good People Good Times tickets must do so in the light of the above limitations.
6. Refunds on tickets purchased are only made for an event that has been cancelled entirely. Times, dates, locations, performers, and event details are all subject to change. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded, not the service fees or order processing fees.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO Good People Good Times Music Festival (herein after referred to as “The Releasees”), I, (HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE PARTICIPANT”) UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. Good People Good Times Music Festival is a music festival held August 12th & 13th, 2022 held at Explore Brown County located in Nashville, Indiana and is organized by it's members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors. In consideration of the Good People Good Times Music Festival Organizers permitting the Participant’s attendance at Good People Good Times Music Festival, the Participant waives any and all claims that the Participant has or may in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue, Good People Good Times Music Festival Organizers and associated property ("Premises") owned by Explore Brown County, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, or advertisers for any claims of personal injury, death, property damage or other loss that the Participant sustains during or as a result of Good People Good Times Music Festival due to any cause whatsoever. The Participant is aware that participating/volunteering in Good People Good Times Music Festival has many inherent risks.
8 .I recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Event attendees and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. I freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that I (or my child/ward) may sustain as a result of my attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees.
9. I indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur while I am at the Event or on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees.
10. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my child’s/ward's) attendance at the Event or while on the Premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Releasees.
